A EXPERIENCED LAW PROFESSOR WOULD BE A GOOD ADDITION TO THE BENCH
While I have not had benefit of listening to the podcast due to inadequacy of my browser, an experienced Havard law Professor seems to me to eminently qualified to sit along other experienced judges of the Apex court! It sometimes works very well to blend a sound and experienced theorist with other experienced Judges; the sound background with its usual detach, as Kegan has, should count well for her, bravo!!!
